Outside normal business hours, or when we are at prayers, our 24-hour answering service will take your call and get your message to us right away. If your needs are urgent, please indicate so we can return your call immediately.
Shipping and Delivery: We keep an inventory of ready-to-ship caskets and urns, including all makes and models. Caskets are shipped through several means; we deliver with our own truck within the region, we use reliable over-the-road freight carriers, or we enlist air-carriers for overnight air freight. Deliveries can be made to any address provided; funeral home deliveries are most common, followed by private residences. Urns are shipped via Federal Express ground unless expedited delivery is needed.
We can have your casket or urn delivered in 1-2 business days to most destinations. Please note that extra charges may apply for weekend shipping.
Shipping Estimator: Shipping charges for caskets vary depending on transit time and destination. Please call for shipping options and an exact shipping quote or refer to our Shipping Estimator. Urns cost $35 to ship via Federal Express ground to the lower 48 states.

For caskets that need to be ordered and delivered right away, we prefer payment by Visa or MasterCard. If you do not have one of these credit cards, please contact us and we will discuss other convenient payment options, such as payment by personal check.
For pre-need contract purchases, you may pay by Visa or MasterCard, money order, or personal check. If you wish to purchase your funeral contract on installments, please contact our office.
